- Behaviour design sessions help you understand the fundamentals of habit change and put you back in control of the behaviours you do everyday that string together to create your lifestyle.
- Improving your health is all about changing your behaviours. Without a system or a coach to help provide clarity of the path ahead, behaviour change can seem challenging and frustrating.
- Behaviour design sessions include annual membership to Beam Tribe, a 1 hour zoom call with one of our behaviour design coaches (call is recorded and sent to you if you want to listen again and take notes) and a daily behaviour log template.
